  • Booking data: reservation dates, room type, pricing, payment status (no raw card data stored on our servers).
  • Usage data: device, browser, pages visited, IP (for security, fraud prevention and analytics).
  • Support data: messages you send to our support channels.

3) How we use your data

  • To provide and improve our services, including availability/rate sync.
  • To process payments via our processors (e.g., Stripe).
  • To communicate about service updates, incidents and support.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud/abuse.

We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interest (security, service improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.
